Gather and Celebrate Deal

Our Sunday–Thursday Rental Package

3.5 Hours Rental – $395.00

Anytime. $75.00 each additional hour.

5.5 Hours Rental – $550.00

Anytime. $75.00 each additional hour.

Party all Weekend Package

Friday and Saturday Event Package

6-8 Hours Rental – $1,500.00

 Each additional hour $125.00  

All packages include:

  • Round tables and chairs for the number of guests
  • Long serving tables 
  • Microwave
  • Refrigerator
  • Kitchenette
  • Private room 
  • Stage 
  • Early Access to the building (1-2 hours before the event, if available, at no charge) 
  • On-site chaperone during the event.

Reservations

Reserve by hours or a full day. Contact us for a custom tour of the premises.

Security Deposit

You will be required to leave a security deposit, which serves to protect the Center against damage, excessive cleaning fees and breach of agreement. 

The deposit must be paid in full prior to the event.

Refund Policy

The security deposit will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days after the event, provided that no damage or excessive cleaning or breach of agreement occurred. Any deduction from the deposit will be communicated to the renter along with itemized list of charges.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, the renter must notify the Event Center at least 4 business days before the event in writing. Cancellation prior to 48 hours or less will be charged 50% of the total amount paid.

Use Restrictions

  • alcohol permitted
  • absolutely NO SMOKING on premises or near building

Fees

Security Deposit

The security deposit must be paid in full prior to the event.

  • $500 refundable for weekend rentals
  • $350 refundable for weekday rentals
