Gather and Celebrate Deal

Our Sunday–Thursday Rental Package

3 Hours Rental – $395.00

Anytime. $75.00 each additional hour.

6 Hours Rental – $550.00

Anytime. $75.00 each additional hour.

Rent by the Hour on Weekdays – $125.00 per hour

Minimum 2 hours.

Rent by the Hour on Weekends – $225.00 per hour

Minimum 2 hours.

Party all Weekend Package

Friday and Saturday Event Package

6-8 Hours Rental – $1,500.00

Each additional hour $125.00.

All packages include:

  • Round tables and chairs for the number of guests
  • Long serving tables 
  • Microwave
  • Refrigerator
  • Kitchenette
  • Private room 
  • Stage 
  • Early Access to the building (1-2 hours before the event, if available, at no charge) 
  • On-site chaperone during the event. 


Fees

Security Deposit

The security deposit must be paid in full prior to the event.

  • $300 refundable for weekend rentals
  • $150 refundable for weekday rentals
