enjoyable, here are our key terms and guidelines.
Booking & Payment
- A signed agreement and refundable deposit are required to reserve your date.
- Deposit: $300 (weekends) / $150 (weekdays).
- Full payment is due before event access.
- Deposit is refunded within 14 days if the space is left clean and undamaged.
Cancellations
- Cancelling more than 48 hours before your event will result in 50% charge.
- Cancelling within 48 hours will result in payment of full rental fee.
Facility Use
- Maximum capacity: 150 guests.
- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors and on property.
- Alcohol allowed with proper permits and compliance with all laws.
- Decorations must not include open flames.
- Renter must clean up, remove all items, and restore the space to original condition.
Damages & Cleaning
- Excessive mess or damage will result in loss of deposit and additional fees.
Insurance
- Proof of liability insurance is required before event access.
General Rules
- No subleasing or transfer of rental.
- Renter must comply with all laws, fire codes, and ADA regulations.
- 901 Event Center staff may enter the facility for maintenance as needed.
Liability
- Renter is responsible for all guests, vendors, and activities during the event.
- 901 Event Center is not liable for injuries, theft, or property loss.
